30.04.18 – “Lest We Forget” All remembrance of our Australian and New Zealand previous and current soldiers.

As Anzac day fell upon us a dawn service to show our respect and a full day of surfing and a bit of old fashion “two up” to celebrate the night. All photos below are from Anzac day and the weekend that has just passed and what better way but to have our in house notorious surf photographer of all the stars Simon “Swilly” “The Albino Prune” Williams to capture it all. With a resort full of 80% Hawaiians it was unsure how the day was going to pain out but soon as the two up started money was lost money was made heroes came alive and every one had a great time. It was a new experience for some and even if they had lost money they were still smiling.

Now back to the waves. A building swell from the south has kept the stoke high and plenty of time in the water with minimal crowds has gave everyone a great wave count and good vibes all around the resort.
