A professionally constructed 1400 hole operation ran by our long time employed team of gardeners providing an abundant & constant supply of healthy fresh herbs, lettuces and other crispy greens for our amazingly talented kitchen team of 8 professional chefs and bakers to access and utilise throughout our daily menus.
Our highly trained bar staff have also loved the addition of fresh mint to their amazing juice and cocktail selection.
With Resort Latitude Zero being situated in such a remote and unique wave rich part of the world often the supply line of fresh vegetables, salads and fruits can be unpredictable, fickle and extremely influenced by weather conditions in the Mentawai and Nias Straights.
We have taken this next step of choosing to grow our own in an effort to ensure ALL guests throughout the year regardless of outside influences are benefiting from the region’s finest dining and freshest ingredients bar none.
