01. What is the Daily Surfing Situation?
Now it’s time to settle into a relaxed holiday mode and let us take care of you.
We have very experienced surf guides that study the forecast each night and are confident they are taking you to the best possible spot to suit each day’s conditions. Time of departure each morning for your speedboat is pending swell, weather and tide conditions, usually around 0630hrs. Each day is different as to destination and plan of attack, sometimes we take a packed lunch and surf a number of places all day long, other days we surf for the morning and return to the resort for lunch, then head out again for the afternoon activities.
We have hot water flasks on the speedboats with tea, coffee, noodles, and a drinks box full of water, soft drinks, juices, snacks, and beer.
02. Non-Surfing / Leisure Activities
For those that choose not to go surfing, we have a couple of boats for some close-by exploration, kayaks, plenty of snorkeling and fishing equipment, and stand-up paddleboards to use at your own leisure. We also have a great massage and spa service, lots of books, satellite television, a games room with pool and table tennis table, and a gym with a range of workout equipment and yoga mats. Also available are footballs, soccer balls, and golf clubs.

- Amateur surf photography – our surf guides and marine staff will capture much of your day’s surfing during your stay. Any photos we get will be shown on the big screen each afternoon in the restaurant. We will email you the download link on your final day

- Use of resort surfboard quiver
- Use of all marine activities equipment – SUP, Kayak, snorkeling gear, fishing gear, etc.
- use of gym and ice bath
- Wound care and daily dressing should you unfortunately get a reef cut during your stay
04. Charged Services Provided
- Fully stocked gift shop with sunscreen, shirts, caps, surf hats, dry bags, beach towels, USB sticks, power adaptors, toothbrush & toothpaste, along with other gifts to take home to the family
- Ding repair service
- Karmah Spa, offering massages and an extensive range of other spa treatments
- Fully stocked bar with a range of beers, cocktails, wines and espresso coffee
- Babysitting. With some notice we can normally organise quality child care service
05. Duty Free
We have a fully stocked and serviced bar and we would appreciate if all drinks could be purchased through this service. We do have a corkage charge if you choose to bring your own.
06. Meals
Breakfast consists of both help yourself Continental buffet and an extensive A La Carte menu where you can order a cooked meal from our fully qualified Chef. Evening meals and enticing desserts are usually served at around 7pm after a few relaxing sunset drinks and nibbles around the pool.
07. Onsite Bill Payments
To make your stay with us smoother, safer and more convenient, Latitude Zero Resorts are now cash-free.
All transactions for bar, spa and other purchases can be settled quickly and securely with your debt or credit card, or phone banking digital card via EFTPOS on checkout without bank fees.
08. Tips Policy
We welcome tips for our hardworking team. If you wish to tip our staff, please have cash with you for this, any currency in good condition is fine.
Should you wish to thank your surf guides, we kindly ask that any gratuities for them be given directly.
Should you wish to recognise the efforts of our Indonesian team, gratuity envelopes are available from the cashier. These contributions are securely held and shared equally among our Indonesian staff at the end of each month.
This approach ensures your generosity reaches every member of the team who has contributed to your experience—from our friendly front-of-house and marine crews to the many dedicated professionals working behind the scenes, including our housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, grounds, and logistics teams.
