"I just thought I would give you some feedback. The new plane service is excellent. According to Tim Cooper (who is also a pilot) the pilots were professional and thorough/no shortcuts.

The staff and management were great! Wal runs things very smoothly and Indo staff always happy and helpful. A good vibe. Special mention goes to Andrew our surf guide. He is a great guy, always enthusiastic, always willing to help us or the Indos in order to give us a good experience. Shared his knowledge on the winds and islands and even gave tips to some of the boys on ideas for surfboards that might benefit them in the future. Keep him!

Only one improvement that I can think of and that would be some specially designed back support cushioning for the boats. And by the way Room 1 was great. Cheers."
