WOW, I could not speak higher of all the staff, from pre-trip departure support, being met at the airport, the logistics in Padang getting me onto the first flight, arrival at the resort and all the staff on the island exceeded expectations.
I was particularly impressed by all of the staff on the island greeting me by name after 1 day.
Max, our surf guide, was fantastic and dialled into the quirks of our group.
Kitchen and restaurant staff were great, as was the food.
I had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend Latitude Zero to anyone .
Cam runs a great crew and was always on hand to help.
