Just wanted to say thanks to the whole LZ team. As a first timer to the resort I was overwhelmed by the professionalism of the whole experience. From the transfer at Padang airport to arrival at the resort everything was seamless.
Once at the resort everything worked like clockwork and the staff were fantastic.

1. Bungalow accommodation- 10/10. Comfortable and spacious.
2. Food and bar - 10/10. Great range of choice and also high quality, tasty fare.
3. Dinner arrangements - 10/10. Great that guides and key staff shared meals with the guests.
4. Boats, lunches -10/10- always on time and excellent support all day.
5. Guide- 10/10- Kash was fantastic, knowledgeable about surf and conditions and quickly understood the group dynamics and capabilities. Made sure everyone had a say and was flexible based on what the group wanted on daily basis. Super friendly and interested to engage throughout the day.
6. Resort staff / Cam-10/10 great leadership and engagement each day. Rest of staff super friendly and quickly knew who everyone was and their likes / orders etc.
7. Pre trip organisation- 10/10 excellent pre trip support and advice.

Having been in the hospitality industry and running global service businesses for many years, it is rare for me to be surprised, however Latitude Zero Telo Islands set a high bar and exceeded at every step of the holiday, well done to all concerned.
Planning to be back in the future.
