The week was first class.
I’ve worked in the travel / hospitality industry for over 30 years and I’m also a qualified chef and currently run a ski guiding operation in North Japan so I think I can talk from experience. Firstly Cameron is just a 1st class Professional operator w a great presence. Totally approachable at all times and took plenty of time out chatting w all the guests. Incredible local knowledge on all subjects so it was great to mine his knowledge.
Our guides were both mature beyond their ages and knew how to deal w a bunch of old blokes. I watched as Jack spent time understanding his customers over the first few days then really adjusted the days to suit.
The rest of the island staff were excellent and I was really impressed with the food considering where we were.
