Former ASP world surfing champions Martin “Pottz” Potter and Tom Carroll teamed up with Australia’s top chefs for the first Sydney Surfing Chefs for SurfAid cocktail party raising $44,000.

On 11th of March 2015, 300 plus guests descended on The Bucket List, Bondi and enjoyed an outstanding night of excellent food and fine wines, with the venue proving to be the perfect backdrop for the first ticketed Sydney Surfing Chefs event.

Making their debuts in the kitchen, were former pro surfer and Bondi Rescue legend, Rod Kerr and WSL local shredder, Perth Standlick who did a fine job supporting the chefs.

3000 plus dishes were enjoyed and served alongside Perrier Jouret, ABSOLUT vodka cocktails, Right Reverend V Wines, Corona Beer and Santa Vittoria refreshments.
