As the swell dips for the last 2 days of the working week giving everyone a chance to recharge the body, let’s take a look back at what was a couple of great days of surfing since our last report.
Monday maintained in size with overhead waves at most west facing breaks, as did Tuesday morning.
By Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, it was time to start revisiting the swell magnets and with favourable neap tides, great weather, light winds and smooth sea state all day, the exposed reefs have been over achieving on a dying swell with its tail still waging coughing up quality 4ft+ nuggets.
The swell magnets will again be the major targets for our guides over the coming weekend with not much to hoot about from Huey in the swell department but great weather and light winds persist and warm water, fun waves and good times will definitely be on the weekend menu.
